那么面试的时候考察的是什么？是你的人格特征、气质特征、对自我的把握、对未来的规划、对人生的思考与激情。你需要在短短20分钟之内，利用老师提出的问题展现自我，展现你对MBA的迫切需求，以及你如果成为清华MBA的校友，你能为清华乃至社会创造什么。

面试问题：

1. 自我介绍 2. 最知名&第一份企业带来的价值（名望高的公司经历要特别注意准备） 3. 连接上题，管理经验，项目经历（连续问题证明上题对管理提升表达不够清晰，没有重点谈到，引起追问） 4. 当前工作，具体细节的一个业务能力问题（考察真实业务能力） 5. 职业规划（说明上述问题回答的不错，没有引起追问，从怀疑能力走向谈谈理想） 6. 连接上题，对职业规划的挑战（深入回答，说明规划相对合理，引起追问） 7. 性格问题（和上题关系有限，说明各方面回答的不错，基本没问题了，凑时间） 8. 为什么申请清华MBA（同上） 9. 描述成功案例（同上） 10. 人员管理的问题，结合当前工作（成功经历可能和人员管理关系一般，加问一题个人的管理方式，考察真实的管理思维和习惯）

在做自我介绍之前，我们要先准确的了解考官的内心，他想从这个自我介绍中了解到你的哪些信息，首先，考官需要了解你的第一点信息就是你的语言组织及表达能力，这就不用多说了吧，任何面试，面试官第一了解的都是这个能力，第二点信息考官想要了解的是你的思维逻辑，一个人是否有逻辑通常是通过你的语言来表述出来的，因此你在做自我介绍的时候要注意你的逻辑能力的展现，第三点考官想要了解的是你的个性是沉稳还是浮躁，第四点你的个人品质、背景、成就如何，最后一点就是你是否具备商业潜质。所以大家可以根据这五点来进行一个自我介绍的诊断，看自己是否都能达到这些要求。

另外除了要达到以上的五点要求，最好再遵循一个顺序，比如先进行自我介绍（个人信息方面，姓名、年龄、毕业院校、工作经验等），其次是你在工作中的个人成就，可以重点详细的说一说，再有就是你的这个成就证明了你的哪些能力（最好可以通过别人评价来描述），再次就是这个成就对你未来的职业规划是否有影响，最后就是你为什么要读MBA，客观的陈述一下原因，以及未来的职业规划。

这些都做到了并且可以通过三言两语就表达清楚，相信对于考官来说一定是眼前一亮的自我介绍，所以希望本篇文章可以帮助到对这方面有所需求的你吧~

　《自我介绍的概要》

　　各位老师好，我叫邓小群，1998年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，同年分配到北京工作，现在就职一家外企亿书堂公司市场部部门经理。

　　(下面我想从两个方面介绍一下我自己。

　　工作业绩：

　　1：1998年7月分配到北京*****公司重点实验室;

　　1999年4月作为首席代表组建并运作上海办事处，一年就为公司实现了***万销售业绩。

　　2：2000年5月加入******公司，在市场部任商务经理，带领sales人员，推动中小企业的网站建设。

　　3：2001年元月份，加盟美资企业亿书堂科技发展有限公司，任职市场部部门经理，主要负责培养销售团队，带领我的客户经理人及销售人员推广我们的软件系统。

　　其中最大的成绩：

　　在亿书堂公司，作为市场部部门经理，带领客户经理，面对包括北大方正等竞争对手，最终将我们的软件系统与惠普、康柏、恒基伟业四大随身电脑硬件平台捆绑成功!使我们的软件成为该行业的一种标准!

　　(实例：去年华纳与联想FM365合并后，由于我们的成功，他们希望收购我们公司，为此我们还专门给联想总裁柳传志做了一场融资报告，其中的产品竞争对手分析以及未来市场预测两部分就是我负责的!

一、个人信息方面的问题：

　　(一)针对personal data

　　三、有关工作经验方面的问题：

　　Q: What is important to you in a job?

　　A: For example, challenge, the feeling of accomplishment, and knowing that you have made a contribution.

　　Q: Please tell me your present job.

　　A: I am working in a garment factory. My present job is to inspect the quality of products. comparatively speaking, quality control is rather simple. Although I do my job well, I am looking for a new job which is more challenging.

　　四、关于教育背景方面的问题：

　　Q: what is your major?

　　A: My major is Business Administration. I am especially interested in "Marketing".

　　Q: What are your major and minor subjects?

　　A: My major subject is Physics and my minor subject is Practical Mathematics.

　　Q: What subject did you major in at university?

　　A: I majored in Economics.

　　五、其他方面的问题：

　　Q: Why should we accept you?

　　A: Because firstly I've received very good academic training, secondly, I've obtained good job skills, and finally I'm very enthusiastic about my MBA study.

　　Q: What would you do if....?

　　A: This question is designed to test your response. For example: "What would you do if your computer broke down during an audit?" Your answer there isn't nearly so important as your approach to the problem. And a calm approach is best. Start by saying, "One thing I might do is ..." Then give several alternative choices.

这类问题主要围绕考生实际情况考察，切忌言之无物，泛泛而谈，应该事先准备好思路，叙述时有条有理，逻辑清晰。

此类问题主要考察申请者对自己的未来规划以及为何想要申请MBA，申请者在作答时应该突出自身的优势，对所申请学校有一定的了解，让招生官认为你是真心实意想去他们学校。

What do you think you will contribute that will be unique among your classmates?

此类问题主要从领导力、团队合作、道德品质、创新能力以及成熟度等方面考察申请者，申请者应该给出具体事例佐证。

领导力是美国MBA项目首要考察的要点，申请者应挖掘自身过去的经验，即使是小团队的领导者也可以从中凸显自身潜在的能力，万万不可在回答此类问题时说没有类似经验。

团队合作能力在MBA项目中也是被重点考察的项目，美国大学MBA项目的许多课程都是要求以团队合作的形式完成，因此这一能力至关重要。

良好的个人素质当然缺一不可，招生官在观察你面对困境如何选择时，同时也在考察你做出选择的背后原因，从而更加快速深入的了解你的个人。

What is the hardest decision you have ever had to make on the job? Outside of your job?

美国大学十分看重学生的创新能力，学生在回答此类问题时可以畅所欲言，在看待事情时候最好有自己独到的想法。

Name a time when you developed a unique and resourceful solution to a problem.

Describe a situation when you had to make an important decision without having all of the necessary information at hand.

Tell me about a time when you had to analyze facts quickly, identify the issues, and develop an action plan.

Give me an example of when you thought out of the box.

成熟不在于年龄而在于心理，人的成长往往依赖于历史和经验，即使曾经犯错也不要紧，最重要的是从失败中吸取教训。告诉招生官此类经验的同时，不要忘了得出自己的感悟，做出了什么进步。

但是，并不是美国所有的学校都在这些经典可靠的几个面试题上徘徊不前，如今，美国一些鼎鼎大名的研究生院已经在工商管理硕士(MBA)项目申请面试过程中积极创新，他们的原则是——抓住要点，妙趣横生。

我的回答：简单介绍自己的教育、工作背景、已取得的成绩，展现对自己未来发展的计划，表达读MBA的愿望。

2.、What’s your strategy to develop the company, if you are the CEO? (中国女教师问)

我的回答：简述自己对公司发展未来的思考

1）产品技术研发升级

2）人才发掘和培养

3）明确公司服务的重点客户

3、Technology researchrequires a lot of money, I doubt whether your company have enough resources? (中国女教师问)

我的回答：承认自己目前对于财务、公司发展战略等知识的不足，导致自己无法做出更好的决策。希望自己能够进一步学习财务、战略、投融资等相关知识，进一步增强自己解决困难的能力。对于自己读MBA的选择，公司领导和家人都非常支持。

4、What do youwant to learn from MBA project? (外籍男教师问)

我的回答：简述自己对学习知识的想法

1）学习管理知识，进一步提高团队工作效率，节省公司人力成本。

2）学习财务知识，以便了解公司的成本和资金运作规律。

3）学习投融资知识，更好地利用资金发展技术创新。

我的回答：简述公司管理人员和我的家庭关系，表现出我们之间相处得非常融洽。
